Health is not simply the absence of disease or covering up symptoms with prescription drugs. To feel truly healthy it’s ensuring we are balanced on a mental, physical and spiritual level. Our body gives off signs when things are not 'quite right' whether it’s headaches, digestive complaints, skin breakouts or a feeling of fatigue. If we give our body what it needs with proper nutrition and avoiding toxins, we have the amazing ability to heal ourselves.
Chronic fatigue, yeast infections, allergies, weight gain, bloating and more are just a few reactions and symptoms the body has when being exposed to too much sugar. Sugar is in almost everything we consume with the average American consuming more then 22 teaspoons of sugar every day! Obesity, cancer and type II diabetes are out of control among children, teens and adults and it's up to each of us to take back control of our health and our future. Cut the sugar from you diet and you will improve and even eliminate a host of preventable diseases and ailments effecting your quality of life.
